Ann Bowe

Program & Engagement Coordinator

Ann is a native of the Philadelphia area and moved to Williamsburg in 2007. She is a graduate of Widener University with a Master of Science in Hospitality Management and Marketing. She brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to the Chamber team. Ann began her career in the hospitality industry and eventually moved into the senior living and healthcare industry. She has been fortunate to continue her love of event planning throughout her career and also is a wedding planner.

When Ann isn’t working, she loves to travel, cook (and eat), and spend time with her fur babies.

What’s the best part about working at the Chamber?
“I love that I am able to combine my passion for event planning with my commitment for servant leadership.”

What was your first job?
“I was a sales associate with Macy’s. I really didn’t consider it a job as I was more like a volunteer. My paycheck went to my Macy’s bill, because they had a fabulous discount!”

I love Williamsburg because…
“I have been visiting Williamsburg since I was 4 years old. It always felt like a second home to me, so I didn’t have to think twice when I had the opportunity to move. I love the history and the warmth of the community.”
